Anil Bhatia - Managing Director. Anil is a Master Mariner with many years at sea in command of a variety of vessels.

Starting his own business in 2001 under the banner of Austral Asian Maritime Group Pty Ltd, the company was a founder shareholder, and Anil was a Director of Australian Maritime Service- the first ever towage company to start as a rival to Adsteam, who enjoyed a monopoly for 28 years. The towage service began in Melbourne, and expanded to Brisbane within twelve months, at which time Anil decided to sell his shares within AMS. AMS still operates and has since further expanded to Sydney (Botany Bay).  Anil is presently a director and shareholder with Ausport Marine.

Roy O'Donnell - Marine Manager. Roy also is a Master Mariner with command experience in dry bulk, container and fast ferry vessels.

Roy joined AAMG in November 2005 as Marine Manager with key responsibilities covering the "nautical" side of the business. Roy's duties include ship inspections and surveys for clients, designated person ashore for ISM/ISO and cargo operations management. Roy wears two hats, representing AAMG's Quality Systems and V.Ships Quality Systems in Australia. Roy has also assisted shipowners in Australian waters when their vessels have had compliance problems with Australian  

David Baxendale - David brings in depth knowledge and experience in shipping including bulk trades, LPG, Oil and Chemical Carriers. David also gained experience in the offshore industry in AHTS vessels, DP dive support and floating oil storage vessels.
